In accordance with A.R.S. § 23-363(B), the Industrial Commission of Arizona has adopted a resolution increasing the minimum wage from $12.00 to $12.15. The increase, effective January 1, 2021, was determined based upon the increased cost of living. The minimum wage posters include information on exemptions, tips and gratuities, retaliation, and more.
